A toast to the dream coffee table book

LEGAZPI CITY --While it's true that it's no easy task to succeed at anything, especially creating a coffee table book, it is important to remember that it takes a lot of work, determination, and perseverance.

Asst. Regional Director for Operations Engr. Romulo A. Britanico and Asst. Regional Director for Administration Atty. Leo Miguel A. Ramos led the ceremonial toast at the launch of DAR Bicol's first Coffee Table Book on December 16 at the Kanzo Hotel and Restaurant in Legazpi City.

The book launch was attended by Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) regional and provincial officials, heads of government agencies in Bicol, and DAR information officers, and regional office personnel.

DAR Bicol Regional Director Rodrigo O. Realubit was unable to attend because he was attending a very important conference in Manila.

The 96-page book is one way of communicating with our stakeholders through the creation of this enduring, elegant, and valuable artifact that showcases Bicolano farmers' finest moments in photographs—a balance between a good story and a captured image.

It leaves a lasting impression on the true essence of bringing about the successes of agrarian reform beneficiaries as a result of continued agrarian reform implementation in the countryside, particularly in the Bicol Region.
