GRADUATION: Supervisory Management Program

LEGAZPI CITY --The Supervisory Management Program (SMP), Phase III graduation ceremony for DAR Division Chiefs, Section Chiefs, and Municipal Agrarian Reform Program Officers was held on November 29, 2022 at The Marison Hotel in Legazpi City.

This supervisory training will help participants gain confidence in their leadership abilities, comprehend the role of the supervisor in motivating and engaging a resilient and productive team, improve their emotional intelligence, and strengthen their communication skills.
