DARR02 conducts consultative meeting to strengthen ties with LRA-ROD

TUGUEGARAO CITY – The Department of Agrarian Reform Region 02 (DARR02) together with Land Registration Authority-Register of Deeds (LRA-ROD) conducted a Consultative Meeting on March 07, 2023 at the Boulevard Place, San Fermin, Cauayan City, Isabela.

 

The LRA-ROD, a partner agency in the implementation of Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP), plays a vital role in the final output on Land Acquisition and Distribution (LAD) and other LTI components  particularly the registration of regular titles and electronic titles for Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) project to be distributed to our agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs).

 

We are targeting to register and distribute more or less 4,000 e-titles to more or less 3,800 ARBs. We can only attain this through our strong collaboration and partnership with LRA-ROD, Cagayan Valley Regional Director Primo C. Lara enthused.

 

He also mentioned the possibility of Secretary Conrado M. Estrella III and President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to personally hand-over the titles during the CLOA distribution together with the turn-over of farm machineries and equipment (FMEs).

 

Lastly, he thanked LRA-ROD for addressing the problems, issues and concerns of the different field offices and forging an agreement with the DAR.

 

The said activity was attended and participated in by LRA-ROD Officials namely: Attys. Sheila T. Tan, Egdona M. Mananquil, Ariel Vallejo, Melva Nina A. Quinto and Brenda Lyn Soriano-Afalla along with Head CARP Examiners namely: Faith Ann Estabillo, Danilo Paguila, Christopher Pasicolan, Rogelio Elchico, Yolanda martin, Martinez Bambalan, Irene Cauilan, Lourdes bagunu, Gemma Gumabon, Rachelle Bartolome and Jesus Gumabon.

DARR02 RD Lara, ARDO Laluan joined by LRA-ROD representatives during the consultative meeting on March 07, 2023 at San Fermin , Cauayan City to thresh our problems, issues and concerns.
