DARPO Quirino employees receive awards for invaluable service
Today marks a memorable event as the Management paid tribute to 27 DAR personnel who have rendered invaluable service to the government through its “Pagkilala sa Kahusayan at Katapatan 2022, with this year’s theme “Tuloy ang Pag-asa at Pag-unlad Hatid ng Repormang Agraryo “ held at the Provincial Capitol Gymnasium, Cabarroguis, Quirino.
Indeed, recognizing the role/ contribution of every employee in an organization is one of the meaningful ways to boost their morale as well as work efficiency. This program is in keeping with the thrust of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) on Recognition and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE).
In her message, Atty. Caridad Grace T. Turqueza lauded her fellow honorees for living up to the Ethical Standards of Public Official and Employee. Indeed, it takes a lot of patience, sheer industry and commitment to stay connected with the government for a period of 20 years or more.
Hon. Babylyn G. Reyes, who served as the Guest of Honor extended her heartfelt solicitation to the laureates for their unwavering commitment to public service. “I salute all of you for your dedicated years of service. This milestone serves as a source of motivation for us especially the promising breed of civil servants who will likely follow your suits,” Reyes said.
Likewise, she thanked the audience for their continued support which paved the way for her seat in the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.
By the same token, the Unity Dance, another interesting part of the event practically engaged everyone to be on hype during the tune- up rehearsal.
Participants performed the synchronized steps with grace and zestful rendition. Meanwhile, the awardees, donned in Filipiniana Gown/Barong Tagalog, glowed in happiness and fulfillment as they received their Plaque of Recognition.
Indeed, this festive occasion also recognized the contributions of the contending teams in the Unity Games through a fitting Sports/ Recreation Awarding ceremony.
