PARPO II Lasmarias takes helm at DARPO Pangasinan [PRESS RELEASE] DAR Pangasinan - PARPO II turnover - January 17, 2024

 

In a ceremony held today, Regional Director Maria Ana B. Francisco officially passed the leadership to incoming Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II (PARPO II) Charlotte F. Lasmarias, marking a new chapter for the Department of Agrarian Reform Pangasinan Provincial Office.

 

Regional Director Francisco, who served as PARPO II for DARPO Pangasinan for over a decade, leaves behind a legacy of excellence in serving agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) in the province.

 

"For more than ten years as PARPO II for DARPO Pangasinan, team Pangasinan has consistently strived for excellence. Today, as I pass the reins to PARPO II Lasmarias, I do so with great confidence, knowing we share the same unwavering goal for our agrarian reform beneficiaries," Regional Director Francisco said.

 

PARPO II Lasmarias, stepping into the leadership role, assured her commitment to continue the solid foundation laid by Regional Director Francisco.

 

"Rest assured, I will continue the exceptional work begun by DARPO Pangasinan. With the support of Team DARPO Pangasinan, I pledge to further elevate the quality of public service and empower our agrarian reform beneficiaries."

 

PARPO II Lasmarias' new assignment carries an additional responsibility, as she will concurrently serve as Special Assistant to the Office of the Secretary.
