Transparency intensified, DAR XIII on the road to better governance.
In order to elevate the delivery of external and internal services, regional and provincial employees yet again undergo an orientation, this time on Good Governance Requirements, on March 13, 2024 at Almont Inland Resort, Butuan City.
OIC-Assistant Regional Director Joie L. Ceballos urged the participants in his welcome message to "raise the bar higher" in our pursuit of excellence in our service delivery.
Regional Director Atty. Merlita S. Capinpuyan also expressed that she is grateful for the opportunity and support extended by the Central Office by sending over Ms. Elizabeth Esteban and Ms. Jeanette S. Abilar of the Agrarian Reform Capacity Development Service (ARCDS) as our resource speakers.
RD Capinpuyan continued, "Let us continue to soar higher! Let us aim to be no. 1 at transparency, accountability, and efficiency, though not for ourselves, but for our farmer beneficiaries."
This 2nd day of the orientation entailed the participants to further delve into the specifics on achieving optimal delivery of government services consistent with Administrative Order No. 25 S. 2011.
