LTID conducts 1 st quarter assessment cum cascading of new issuances

The Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office 02 through its Land Tenure Improvement Division (LTID) conducted a 1st Quarter Assessment cum Cascading of Field Operation Office (FOO) Directives and other DAR Issuances on April 23-24, 2024 at Balai Carmela, Tuguegarao City.

The two-day activity aims to review the hindering and facilitating factors from the past three months, which are essential for the members of the LTSP sector to reflect on previous months' accomplishments and to identify factors hindering the attainment of targets that were facilitated.

The Provincial Chief Agrarian Reform Program Officers (CARPOs) presented their targets and accomplishments based on Op-Tool as of the 1st quarter of 2024. Regional Director Primo Lara, Assistant Regional Director for Operations Raul Laluan, and CARPO Melvida Camayang served as critiques during the said activity.

Additionally, hindering factors in the attainment of LAD Targets were identified and discussed, and solutions to the problems, issues, and concerns encountered were recommended.

 

On the second day, following the receipt of the new Operational Directives on LAD and Post LAD for CY 2024 from the DAR Central Office, a cascading session was conducted for all personnel of the LTI sector to ensure proper guidance and understanding.

The two-day activity was attended by RD, ARDO, Regional and Provincial LTID CARPOs and personnel of region 02.
