DAR-Ifugao gives FME and Livelihood Project Grant to Panubtuban MPC

The Department of Agrarian Reform-Ifugao, under the leadership of Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II(PARPO II), Laurence A. Bulayungan, awarded Farm Machineries and Equipment (FMEs) and livelihood program under the Sustainable Livelihood Support for Disaster Affected Areas (SLSDAA) to Panubtuban Multi-purpose Cooperative (PMPC) on March 12, 2024, in Panubtuban, Asipulo, Ifugao.
 
The Manager, Analyn Bulintao, expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the department for its invaluable support. With an unwavering commitment, she assured that the assistance would be utilized wisely, ensuring its effectiveness in generating income for Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) and all cooperative members.
 
The FMEs worth Php 285,000; are 4 units of rotavator, 2 units of powerspray, and 1 unit of a mini thresher. These shall enhance agricultural productivity of the farmer-members and other small farmers in the community.
 
The livelihood project funded under the SLDAA is table egg production. The cooperative received the project in the form of 1,006 heads of layer chicks, 12 sacks of layer pre-starter mash, and antibiotics/biologics, with a total project cost of Php 159,000.
