Mojica clan receives land titles in Cavite

Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Secretary John R. Castriciones (third from right) poses with the three Mojica clans from the province of Cavite, who are farmer beneficiaries of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP).

Shiela Mojica (second from left), Eusebio Mojica (fourth from right), and Joaquin Mojica (second from right), received their Certificates of Land Ownership Awards (CLOAs) together with the other 163 farmer beneficiaries during the CLOA distribution held at the International Institute of Rural Reconstruction (IIRR) in Silang, Cavite on August 25, 2018.

Eusebio and Joaquin are siblings while Shiela is the daughter of their other relative, Cornelio Mojica, who is also supposed to receive his CLOA, but unfortunately died last week. Each sibling received one hectare of agricultural land located in Naic, Cavite.

Also in photo are Assistant Secretary for Field Operation Office (FOO) Elmer Distor (extreme right), DAR Region 4A Director Rene Colocar and Assistant Prescilla Ong (fourth and third from left, respectively).
