Heir of deceased farmer receives land title

Tanay, Rizal- Rene Negosa, 52 years old, heir of Agrarian Reform Beneficiary Feliciano Negosa (deceased), from Brgy. Macabud, Rodriguez, Rizal, was among the 115 farmers from the province of Rizal who were awarded lands by Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Secretary John R. Castriciones during the distribution of Certificate of Land Ownership Awards (CLOA) under the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) held at the Sampaloc Covered Court, Tanay, Rizal on October 1, 2018.

Negosa will share the 1.5 hectares awarded land with his other 6 siblings who are also tilling the same land. Their father must have been very happy seeing his children owning the land they have waited for so long.
