IFAD partners with DAR for VISTA

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) partnered with the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) and other concerned Local Government Units (LGUs) for the Value Chain Innovation for Sustainable Transformation in Agrarian Reform Communities (VISTA) Project proposal which includes site visitation and interviews of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs).

One of the pilot region is Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) and the chosen provinces are: Abra, Benguet, and Mountain Province to further their project.
