Members of the San Miguel Farmers Association of Brgy. San Miguel, Hernani, Eastern Samar, harvesting vermicast from their DAR-assisted vermicomposting project. SMFA is one of the 16 ARBO recipients of the CARE project in Eastern Samar following ST Yolanda's onslaught in 2013.
